BORN OUT OF NECESSITY

The Helix was created because we were looking for a pair of adjustable dumbbells that didn't sacrifice durability for adjustability.

Instead, the Helix is a quick to adjust and highly durable piece of equipment that can withstand the test of time (and your most hardcore workouts).

No more flimsy mechanisms that break after being dropped.

No more annoying, rattling lock nuts.

No more protruding bars that dig into your thighs.

The Helix has revolutionised adjustable dumbbells for good.

THE HELIX IS DESIGNED TO BE...

AS QUICK AS YOU

Change one or multiple weights at a time with a simple twist.

AS TOUGH AS YOU

The Helix is fully constructed using high-quality stainless steel, while the weight plates are also coated with shock-absorbent and biodegradable rubber to protect your floors and our planet.

AS FLEXIBLE AS YOU

Stack the weight plates in any order you like - perfect for drop sets or changing weights between exercises.

SIMPLY PUT: THE HELIX IS DESIGNED TO KEEP UP WITH YOU.

SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our patent-pending, 'twist-lock' mechanism has revolutionised the way you attach, adjust and train with an adjustable dumbbell.

All the weights connect using the same twist-lock system, so you can connect them in any order.

If you need to unload multiple weights simultaneously, simply disconnect the one closest to the handle.

You no longer have to choose between durability and ease of use. Our innovative locking system allows you to adjust your weights quickly with a simple twist while retaining the durability and feel of a fixed dumbbell.
