SO, HOW DOES IT WORK?

Our patent-pending, 'twist-lock' mechanism has revolutionised the way you attach, adjust and train with an adjustable dumbbell.

All the weights connect using the same twist-lock system, so you can connect them in any order.

If you need to unload multiple weights simultaneously, simply disconnect the one closest to the handle.

You no longer have to choose between durability and ease of use. Our innovative locking system allows you to adjust your weights quickly with a simple twist while retaining the durability and feel of a fixed dumbbell.
